Senior SEO Strategist Birmingham Branch

To support our company’s growth plans, we’re looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to join our team at SEO agency Birmingham and support our client’s growth by delivering best-in-class SEO that will drive our client growth.

Your role comprises working directly with our SEO Manager to establish a strategy for clients, discussing and planning with clients, and working with the team to ensure excellent output. You will take ownership of clients from the start and work directly with them and, if necessary, our Account Director. You will report to the SEO Manager to have greater visibility throughout the firm and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, establish best practices, and collaborate with every department of the business to drive agency growth.
• Proactively develop and establish a trustful relationship with clients by guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Implementing and enhancing internal procedures for all SEO-related aspects using our project management.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for clients that are aligned with their business goals, beginning with keyword research.
• Collaborate with the digital PR team to assist with campaign development and execution.
• Collect, analyse, and translate data against key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies, while continually exploring creative and data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience working as an all-around SEO in an agency on both B2B and B2C clients.
• Prior experience overseeing or engaging in digital RP campaign development and execution.
• Excellent leadership and client-relationship abilities
• A flexible and adaptive personality that can manage client requirements with what they know would produce the best results.
• Confident in planning and executing client meetings across many industries, and consistent with delivering best-in-class work for both small and large clients.
• Capable of compiling and demonstrating reports that include huge amounts of data.
