Senior Web Designer Manchester Branch

We are web design agency Manchester looking for a Senior Web Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

You will be responsible for the front-end design, prototyping, and development of related websites, reporting to the Head of Web, Brand, and Content, and will play a key role in devising and delivering a/b testing and conversion rate optimisation strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed and construct website pages, landing pages, and other online assets in collaboration with the design, product marketing, and content teams.
• Make interactive prototypes for user feedback and testing.
• Front-end design should be implemented utilising HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Conduct a/b testing to improve website performance and user experience.
• Create and update design style guides and templates to ensure brand consistency across all digital properties. 
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technologies to guarantee that the company’s web presence remains current and relevant.

• Stay informed on industry developments and technologies to keep the company’s web presence current and relevant.

Requirements:

• Academic background in graphic design, web design, computer science, or a related field 
• Proven experience in web design, front-end programming, a/b testing, conversion rate optimisation, prototyping, and user experience design, preferably in business SaaS.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret web analytics data and make data-driven decisions
• Extensive experience performing user research, developing interactive prototypes, and integrating user input
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
