SEO agency Leeds is looking for an experienced specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. 

A Person should have technical and content-focused SEO, knowledge and implementation of SEO tools and software, recommendations for site performance, data-driven initiatives, content creation, and link building.

As the Senior Growth Manager’s direct report, you will collaborate closely with the other marketing streams, the engineering team, and the design team to promote growth and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an SEO strategy to raise rankings and exposure for your main target keywords and increase organic traffic and revenue in accordance with business goals and predictions.
•  Conduct research, compile a report, and put site architecture suggestions into practice.
•  Improve the language of landing pages, paid search ads, and website content.
• Perform keyword research to improve current content and find new chances.
• Maximise SEO growth by utilising, producing, and contributing to content initiatives.
• To find prospects for outreach and link-building, examine your competitors and the market.
• Projects that directly optimise off-page (like link-building)
• Collaborate with the teams in charge of social media, PPC, and content creation to improve campaigns.
•  In order to emphasise return on investment and progress made towards KPIs, communicate with and report to senior stakeholders.
• Continually learn about new algorithms and technical, on-page, and off-page SEO best practices.

Requirements :

• Strong analytical and reporting skills to provide monthly reports for traffic, ranking, and other SEO factors to make recommendations
• A thorough knowledge of and track record with the SEM and SEO process
•  Experience in studying SEO prospects and trends, as well as in making and putting into practice suggestions to increase visibility in SERPs.
•  A thorough understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, etc.
