SEO Technical Specialist Norwich Branch

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Specialist to join our SEO agency Norwich.

As Technical SEO is responsible for understanding the technical issues and website structure as well as creating solutions to help search engines better crawl and comprehend the websites in this role.

An experienced SEO with expertise working on very large or enterprise-level websites is a good fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mapping and site crawling
• Making tickets and keeping track of the other teams involved to ensure optimising is being done.
• Responsibility for optimisations and reports.
• Keep up with the most recent SEO news and adopt any trend adjustments.
• Own and create the technical SEO strategy Serve as the technical SEO champion by ensuring that partners are aware of how their actions may affect technical SEO.
• Demonstrating with clarity the benefits that technical SEO changes will bring
• Collaborating with our external SEO partner to evaluate websites that are marketed globally and to identify issues.
• Work directly with product owners, developers, and other partners to precisely define SEO requirements and continuously acquaint them with the SEO standard procedure.

Requirements :

• A high level of competence in search engine optimisation
• knowledge of performing technical SEO audits in a variety of markets
• A track record of implementing technical SEO advice and illustrations of the benefits they produced
• Having SEO experience working for an agency or a brand, concentrating on crucial metrics like traffic growth
• Strong prioritisation abilities and the capacity to concisely communicate the benefits of technical SEO modifications
• A fantastic team player and problem-solver. Someone who isn’t scared to get their hands dirty and lend a hand
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JS, and CSS
• To rank for important search terms, perform routine SERP analysis and optimise on-page components, information architecture, and site structure.
• Keep an execution-driven mindset and practical knowledge of both technical and content SEO.

Some Extra Skills That Would be Awesome:

• You can perform keyword research in foreign languages and/or speak a foreign language
• You’ve been successful in doing user research or making decisions based on the results of that study.
• You’ve managed a side project of your own
• You’re reasonably adept at using a programming language like Python or JavaScript.
